Why We Built This Site
Nebraska makes many court records available, yet the responsible office changes with the case. The Clerk Magistrate / County Court keeps Garfield County Court matters, while Keri Koenigsberg, Clerk of the District Court, keeps District Court records. JUSTICE brings public trial-court case information together statewide, and the Register of Actions is the chronological event list within a case. This site gathers the local contacts, official search routes, and request paths without replacing the court record itself.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets work in Garfield County
- Court dates and settings: how to use the court schedule and then confirm a hearing with the appropriate clerk
- Docket searches: how to start a docket search by party name or case number through Nebraska JUSTICE
- Record requests: how court case records and certified copies are requested from the clerk who maintains them
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Nebraska court, clerk, or public agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that a posted phone number, fee, or hearing setting remains current
Only the clerk or trial court that maintains a case can issue its official or certified docket sheet or court record. The document must come from that records holder.
Search Partners
Some pages display search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those providers operate their own services and set their own prices. A paid signup reached through a provider may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control a provider's charge, availability, or results.
